In this class, you will learn all about an Ayurvedic diet: the importance of healthy digestion and seasonal eating, as well as eating for your particular constitution to support your digestive system.

You will learn about The Six Tastes in Ayurveda and how to cook with them as well as learn about different cooking techniques and ingredients used to support a balanced diet and live in sync with nature. The class will includes a cooking demo + recipes.
